We know how unfortunate it can be if you are looking forward to a week’s holiday in a beautiful house and the house turns out not to be available for the week that you have chosen. That’s why we update our availability calendar as soon as we get a booking. However, we are on several websites, so it may be the case that a reservation request has been made that is not yet included in the schedule below.

We will let you know as soon as possible whether you can enjoy a holiday for your dates at La Forêt Souriante.
To confirm the reservation, we ask you to transfer 25% of the total rental amount within 14 days of the invoice date.
We would like to receive the remaining 75% no later than 4 weeks in advance. If you book less than 4 weeks before arrival, we ask you to pay the total rental amount in one payment.
Unfortunately, there may be circumstances that make it necessary to cancel a reservation.
If you cancel a reservation, the following cancellation costs are due:
In case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the arrival day, we will not charge you anything.
In case of cancellation from 8 weeks to 4 weeks before the arrival day, we will charge 25% of the total rental amount.
In case of cancellation from 4 weeks or less before the arrival day, we will charge the total rental amount.
If you are unable to attend the holiday week, substitution is permitted.
We like to keep La Forêt Souriante free from smoke and pet hair.
